Cancellation Policy
Bookings Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Calling ahead to ensure availability is preferred. A non-refundable deposit and or Full payment (Condition Apply) is required to secure all appointments. Late Arrivals We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service and/or training times and will be responsible for full-service fees. At Truegene Medical Testing, refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if DNA kits or supplies have been shipped. Appointments canceled on the day of service are subject to a $75 service fee to avoid this charge, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice by PHONE CALL for all testing services
