Job Responsibilities:
Data entry of test orders, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, centrifugation and aliquoting
Process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities
Prepare laboratory specimens for various analysis and testing
Identifies problems and, in some cases, may resolve issues with specimen types such as missing information etc.
Understands the relationship between tests ordered and specimens received
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical environment preferred.
Must have flexibility; the majority of work is day shift and/or as appointments are requested, but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and providing test results and technical assistance to company staff, governmental agencies, DOT and NON-DOT Employers. Works under direct or general supervision. Due to the observed nature of urinalysis drug testing, the company must be gender specific in its hiring. Female technicians may only work with female clients, and male technicians with male clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administers urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens’ samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.) MALE APPLICANTS and FEMALE APPLICANTS

Manages daily communication and maintenance items.
