Service Description
DOT FMCSA Drug Free Workplace Policy & Compliance Manual The Compliance Binder includes the following: Step by step instructions and all required documents for program management Written drug & alcohol testing policy for distribution to employees including a PDF version Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion training materials Employee assistance programs (EAP) information and resources for rehabilitation, and treatment programs information. Access to Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for DOT violations All required forms for compliance. Instructions for record keeping. Once purchased, a team member will contact you to complete a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) Policy Questionnaire so that we can write your policy. You will receive a draft for your review and approval. Once finalized, you will receive the digital copy of your policy via email and the full compliance manual via USPS.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $75.00 reschedule fee. No call, no show will result in you having to pay for another test.
